Online Cooking Classes
Our online healthy cooking demonstrations are a great way to involve your employees in a fun, entertaining, and informative session. We will cook nutritious and delicious recipes and provide running commentary and discussion to engage the audience with reliable and practical advice. Employees will learn easy cooking tips and tricks they can do at home and learn about portion sizes, key nutrients and healthy cooking. All recipes are provided and come with recommendations to suit a range of dietary preferences.

Lunch & Learn
In this hands-on session with a Dietitian, your team will participate in an interactive presentation that covers the 5 food groups, portion sizes and how to build a meal that is nutrient dense and delicious. Participants will walk away with a variety of practical tips, resources and their own meal to enjoy with colleagues.
This program is best suited to lunchtime, however can be adjusted to mid-morning or afternoon.
Individual Consults
For a more individualised approach, employees can enjoy a private nutrition consultation with an APD Dietitian. Our Individual Consults encourage long-term healthy eating habits and help facilitate positive behaviour change.
Available to purchase as full-day or half-day packages for the workplace, sessions are either 15 or 30 minutes in duration.
